How To Make Easy Roast Beef

Ingredients
- 2 lbs of beef sirloin roast
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary
- 1 cup of beef broth
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary to create a paste.

Rub the paste evenly over the beef sirloin roast, coating all sides.

Place the roast in a roasting pan and add the beef broth to the pan.

Cover the pan with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, remove the foil and continue roasting for an additional 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches your desired level of doneness (135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium).

Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Slice the roast beef and serve with your favorite side dishes.
