How To Make Beef Sausage and Potato Bake Recipe
A hearty, flavorful casserole loaded with beef sausage, tender potatoes, and melted cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef sausage, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Layer sliced potatoes in the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish.

In a skillet, brown beef sausage over medium-high heat and drain any excess grease.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.

Pour beef broth and heavy cream over the meat mixture, stir well, and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the beef and onion mixture over the sliced potatoes and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and potatoes are fork-tender.
