Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse chickpeas until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add in tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt. Pulse until well combined.

  3. Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

  4. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle olive oil on top. Sprinkle with paprika.

  5. Serve with pita chips, veggies, or crackers.
