Ingredients
- 4 corn cups
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 2 red chillies, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the prawns until they turn pink and opaque. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine the diced mango, sliced chillies, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.

Fill each corn cup with the cooked prawns and top with the mango and chilli mixture.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
