Ingredients
- 200g smoked salmon, sliced
- 12 quail’s eggs
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Bring a small pot of water to a boil and carefully add the quail’s eggs. Cook for 4 minutes, then transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool.

Peel the quail’s eggs and cut them in half.

In a large bowl, combine the smoked salmon, red onion, capers, and dill.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
