Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Form the mixture into patties, about 1/4 cup each.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
