Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.

  3. Spread the Dijon mustard evenly over the entire pastry sheet.

  4. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the mustard.

  5. Cut the pastry sheet into thin strips, about 1/2 inch wide.

  6. Twist each strip of pastry and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
