How To Make Peanut Butter & Date Oat Pots

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 8 dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts (for garnish)
Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, dates, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

Divide the mixture equally into 4 serving pots or jars.

Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours until the oats are soft and have absorbed the liquid.

Before serving, drizzle with honey (if desired) and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
