- 1 pound of chestnuts
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Use a sharp knife to make a small X-shaped slit on the flat side of each chestnut.

Place the chestnuts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Drizzle olive oil over the chestnuts and sprinkle with salt.

Close the air fryer and set the timer for 20 minutes.

Shake the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.

Once the timer is done, remove the chestnuts from the air fryer.
