Ingredients
- 1 pound of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.

Add the thinly sliced beef into the marinade mixture, making sure each slice is coated. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

Arrange the marinated beef slices on the baking sheet, making sure they are not touching each other.

Bake for 4 hours, or until the beef becomes dry and leathery.
