How To Make Steve’s PaleoGoods Beef Jerky Recipe

Homemade, protein-packed, and delicious beef jerky made with Steve’s PaleoGoods spices.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
  • 1/4 cup of Steve’s Original PaleoGoods Original Jerky Marinade
  • 1 tablespoon of Steve’s Original PaleoGoods Sea Salt
  • 2 teaspoons of Steve’s Original PaleoGoods Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the sliced beef with the marinade, sea salt and red pepper flakes.

  2. Cover and marinate the beef in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  3. Preheat your oven to 175°F.

  4. Place the marinated beef strips on a wire rack and place the rack in the oven.

  5. Cook for 6-8 hours, until the beef is fully dried out and jerky-like.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool. Store in an airtight container.
