Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the diced mangoes until smooth.

  2. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, cardamom, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

  3. Gently fold in the mango puree until well combined.

  4. Divide the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the mixture to set.

  6. Serve chilled and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cardamom, if desired.
