- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

In a blender, puree the diced mangoes until smooth.

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, cardamom, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Gently fold in the mango puree until well combined.
