How To Make Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on each side, about 6 minutes per side.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.

Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
