How To Make Leftover Turkey Loaded Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups of leftover turkey, shredded
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup of corn kernels
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 cup of diced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of salsa
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded turkey, black beans, corn, red onion, and jalapenos. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle the turkey mixture evenly over the tortilla chips.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
