How To Make Korean Hot Wings

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a bowl, combine the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy.

Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
