  • 250g halloumi cheese, cut into fingers
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, and black pepper.

  2. Dip each halloumi finger into the beaten eggs, then roll them in the flour mixture until coated.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  4. Fry the halloumi fingers in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  5. Remove from the skillet and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
