- 250g halloumi cheese, cut into fingers
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying

In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, and black pepper.

Dip each halloumi finger into the beaten eggs, then roll them in the flour mixture until coated.
