- 8 bacon slices
- 4 sausages
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of black pudding
- 4 grilled tomatoes
- 4 slices of toast
- Baked beans, to serve
- Butter, for toast
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cook the bacon slices in a large frying pan over medium heat until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.

In the same frying pan, cook the sausages until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

Fry the eggs to your desired level of doneness, keeping the yolks runny for a traditional full English.

In a separate frying pan, cook the black pudding slices until crispy on each side.

Place the grilled tomatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until softened.

Toast the bread slices and spread with butter.

Arrange the cooked bacon, sausages, eggs, black pudding, grilled tomatoes, and toast on a serving platter.
