How To Make Oven-Baked Potato Fries

Fries don’t always have to be the regular, straight-cut potatoes. Not only are they the best go-to snack for many, but they also they pair excellently with other meals as a fun add-on. Have some not-so-ordinary fries with these best fries recipes.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them into thin fries.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.

  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Flip the fries and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
