How To Make Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
