- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with liners.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter.

Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
