How To Make Corn, Cheese & Chilli Empanadas

Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1 package ready-made empanada dough
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, cheese, red chilli, cilantro, cumin powder, paprika, and salt.

Roll out the empanada dough and cut out circles using a round cookie cutter.

Spoon a tablespoon of the corn mixture onto each dough circle.

Fold the dough over and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.

Place the empanadas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
