How To Make Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 16 large mushrooms
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside. Place the mushroom caps on the baking sheet.

In a bowl, mix together the bacon, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the bacon and cheese mixture into the mushroom caps, packing it firmly.

Place the reserved mushroom stems on top of each filled cap.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
