Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together venison, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, black pepper, egg, and milk.

  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs.

  4. Place meatballs on a greased baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
