- 1 pound ground venison
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together venison, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, black pepper, egg, and milk.
