  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add chopped water chestnuts and spinach to the mixture.

  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

  5. Serve hot with crackers or fresh vegetables.
