  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, diced tomatoes, green chilies, red onion, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
