  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, mix together the coconut milk, white sugar, brown sugar, and water.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and salt, then add to the saucepan.

  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and the sugars have dissolved, about 10 minutes.

  4. Serve warm over pancakes or waffles.
