- 10 fl oz frozen spinach, 1 box, chopped, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
- 16 fl oz sour cream, 1 container
- 1 cup real mayonnaise, Hellmann's or Best Foods
- 1 vegetable recipe mix, Knorr
- 8 fl oz water chestnuts, 1 can, drained and chopped (optional)
- 3 green onions, chopped (optional)
