How To Make Roasted Garlic Dip

Ingredients
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried chives
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in foil.

Roast the garlic in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until soft and golden brown.

Once the garlic is cool enough to handle, squeeze the roasted cloves into a bowl and mash into a paste.

Add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, dried dill, dried parsley, and dried chives to the bowl with the roasted garlic. Mix well to combine.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
