How To Make Roasted Garlic Dip with Vegetable Platter

Ingredients
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, etc.), for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves.

Place the garlic head on a sheet of aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap the foil tightly around the garlic.

Roast the garlic in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the cloves are golden brown and soft.

Allow the roasted garlic to cool, then squeeze the cloves out of their skins into a small bowl.

Mash the roasted garlic cloves with a fork until smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
