  • 15ozgarbanzo beans,(1 can), drained
  • 1red pepper,roasted
  • 2tbspfresh parsley,leaves only
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 1tbspsesame oil
  • 1lemon,juiced
  • salt and fresh pepper,to taste


  1. Combine the garbanzo beans, red pepper, parsley, garlic, sesame oil, juiced lemon, salt, and fresh pepper in a food processor. Add a little water, if it is too thick.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Serve with fresh vegetables, and enjoy!
