Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (from a jar)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
- Optional toppings: olive oil, paprika, chopped parsley

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, roasted red peppers, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, and salt.
