  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Spread the chopped pecans over the unbaked pie crust.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and salt.

  4. Pour the mixture over the pecans, filling the pie crust.

  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.

  6. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
