- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).

In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Spread the fries out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
