How To Make Mushroom Gravy Recipe (Gluten-Free)
A delicious gluten-free mushroom gravy perfect for topping mashed potatoes, meat, or veggies.

Ingredients
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tbsp butter, divided
- 2 tbsp gluten-free flour
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter and add sliced mushrooms. Cook until browned and tender.
- Remove mushrooms from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp of butter. Whisk in the gluten-free flour until smooth.
- Slowly add in the broth and continue whisking until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked mushrooms back to the skillet and warm through.
- Serve over your favorite meat, veggies, or mashed potatoes.
