How To Make Mushroom and Herb Stuffing Recipe
A savory and flavorful stuffing made with mushrooms and herbs, perfect for any holiday meal.

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of bread, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup vegetable broth
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Spread the diced bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add onions and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.

Add mushrooms and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.

Add thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper and cook for 1-2 more minutes.

In a large bowl, mix together the toasted bread and mushroom mixture.

Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.

Transfer to a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
