  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 zucchinis, diced
  • 2 yellow squashes, diced
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.

  3. Add bell peppers, zucchinis, and yellow squashes. Stir and cook for 8 minutes.

  4. Add paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
