  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the mangoes, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a bit of space at the top for expansion during freezing.

  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

  4. To remove the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
