How To Make Mango Coconut Popsicles

- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a blender, combine the mangoes, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a bit of space at the top for expansion during freezing.

Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

To remove the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
