Ingredients

  • 2 cups of tropical fruit (mango, pineapple, papaya), diced
  • 1 cup of yogurt, any flavor
  • 1 cup of granola
  • 4 wooden popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Place the diced tropical fruit in a bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt and granola.

  3. Alternate layering the fruit and yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.

  4. Insert a wooden popsicle stick into each mold.

  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  6. To remove the lollies from the molds, briefly run them under warm water.

  7. Enjoy your tropical granola lollies!
