How To Make Christmas Muffin Mix

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground cloves
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in the dried cranberries and chopped walnuts.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
