How To Make Homemade Pork and Fennel Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 sausage casings

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, fennel seeds, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  2. Stuff the mixture into the sausage casings, twisting into links as you go.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  4. Cook the sausages, turning occasionally, for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
