- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, red pepper flakes, and fennel seeds. Mix well to combine all the spices.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the sausage patties for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through and golden brown.
