  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine pork, cranberries, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, and cloves. Mix well.

  2. Form mixture into 8 sausage patties.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add sausage patties to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.

  5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
