How To Make Andouille Sausage and Cornbread Stuffing Recipe
A delicious stuffing recipe with a bit of spice from andouille sausage.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. andouille sausage, diced
- 2 cups cornbread, cubed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat until crispy.

Remove sausage and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter.

Add onions, celery, and garlic and sauté until softened.

Add cornbread cubes, sausage, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Pour chicken broth over mixture and stir to combine.

Transfer to a greased baking dish.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes to brown the top.
