  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat them with the tahini sauce.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
