Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the new potatoes. Cut them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are well-coated with the marinade.

  4. Cover the bowl and let the potatoes marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.

  5. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  6. Place the marinated potatoes on the preheated grill or grill pan and cook for about 10 minutes, or until they are tender and nicely charred, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
