How To Make Loaded Potato Skins

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean and scrub the potatoes.

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes, until they are fork-tender.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise.

Scoop out the flesh, leaving about 1/4 inch of potato on the skin.

Place the hollowed-out potato skins back on the baking sheet.

Sprinkle the inside of each potato skin with salt and pepper.

Fill each potato skin with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.

Place the potato skins back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Top each potato skin with a dollop of sour cream and chopped green onions.
