How To Make Rah Rah’s Loaded Baked Potatoes
These loaded baked potatoes are packed with all the good stuff – cheese, bacon, and chives. A perfect comfort food!

Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Scrub the potatoes and prick each one several times with a fork.

Bake the potatoes directly on the oven rack for 50-60 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Cut a slit lengthwise across each potato and carefully squeeze the ends to open the potato.

Scoop out the flesh and place it in a large bowl.

Add cheddar cheese, bacon, chives, sour cream, salt, and pepper.

Mash the mixture together well.

Stuff the mashed potato mixture back into the potato skins.

Place the stuffed potatoes in a baking dish and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
