How To Make Crispy Roast Potatoes

- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place the potatoes in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain and let them steam dry for a few minutes.

Transfer the potatoes to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add in the garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat evenly.

Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then flip them over and roast for an additional 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
