  • 4 medium-sized russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

  2. Scrub the potatoes clean and pat them dry with a paper towel.

  3. Pierce the potatoes several times with a fork.

  4. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
