Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin slices or strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

  2. Rinse the potato slices in cold water to remove excess starch. Pat them dry using a kitchen towel.

  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the potato slices and toss until they are well coated with the mixture.

  5. Place the coated potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed.

  6. Air fry the fries at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking.

  7. Once done, remove the fries from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving bowl. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
